Terms & Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

Scope of application of the terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries of the company KROUSSOS – the taste of Crete (hereinafter KROUSSOS) owner Michail Grigorakis to consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.

Individual agreements have priority over these terms and conditions.

Contracting party

The sales contract comes off with KROUSSOS, owner Michail Grigorakis, Schulstr. 26, 50321 Brühl.

Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the goods offered in the online store of the seller does not constitute a legally binding contract offer by the seller, but is only to be understood as a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods (invitatio ad offerendum). By ordering the desired goods by telephone, by mail, by fax, by e-mail or by clicking the button “order with obligation to pay” via the order form integrated in the online store of the seller, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The acceptance of the order and thus the conclusion of the contract (conclusion of the contract) is only concluded by a confirmation of the seller in text form (e.g. by e-mail), in which the customer is confirmed the execution of his order or the delivery of the goods. Irrespective of this, the acceptance of the order can also take place by sending the goods to the customer within five working days.

If the customer does not receive an order confirmation or notification of the delivery of the ordered goods within five working days and the customer has not received the ordered goods, he is no longer bound to his order. If services have already been rendered by the customer, they will be returned to the customer without delay.

The customer has the possibility to check all information again before the binding sending of his order and to change it if necessary. This can be done by pressing the “Back” button in the Internet browser used by the customer. By pressing the “Back” button, the customer is returned to the website on which the customer’s details are recorded. There, the customer can correct input errors or cancel the ordering process altogether by closing the Internet browser.

The subject of the contract is the sale of goods. The essential characteristics of the goods can be taken from the posted product description of the seller.

Prices and shipping costs

The prices quoted by the Seller in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components, including all applicable taxes.

If delivery and shipping costs are incurred, they are not included in the purchase price. Delivery and shipping costs are either indicated separately in the respective presentation of the product in the offer or can be accessed via the link: “Payment and Shipping”. In addition, the delivery and shipping costs are always shown separately when going through the ordering process.

Delivery and shipping costs must always be paid additionally by the customer, unless the seller has expressly agreed to free delivery for the selected goods.
